How to request deletion

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. Send an email to our support team from the email address linked to your account:

Or email support@thepredictorleague.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request", including the email address you used to sign up.

What happens next

1. We verify the request came from the email address linked to the account.
2. Your account and associated data are permanently deleted within 30 days of the verified request.
3. We confirm by email once the deletion is complete.

What gets deleted

• Account information — your name, email address, and date of birth
• Sign-in credentials — your login and authentication data held by our authentication provider
• Predictions — all score predictions you have submitted
• League data — your memberships in private leagues, and leagues you created
• Leaderboard entries — your entries on global and league leaderboards

What we may retain

If you have made payments in the app (for example, paid competition entries), we are legally required to retain transaction records for up to 6 years under UK tax and accounting law. These records are kept only for legal compliance and are not used for any other purpose.
